With bulbous red noses and oversized shoes,
The Clowns are coming,
The Clowns are coming.

Wild-eyed grins and giant hands too,
The Clowns are coming,
The Clowns are coming.

Calliope music that thunders and shrieks
The Clowns are coming,
The Clowns are coming.

Under that make-up they’re hideous freaks
The Clowns are coming,
The Clowns are coming.

With maniacal laughter and hair so bizarre,
Far too many of them are in that small car,
Don’t bother hiding, they know where you are.
The Clowns are coming,
The Clowns are coming.
