does anyone know what causes sleepwalking? :confused:

Sleep deprivation, chaotic sleep schedules, fever, stress, magnesium deficiency, alcohol.

Drugs that... promote sleep, produce calming effects, increase activity.

I only sleepwalk after working or playing hard all day then falling into a heavy sleep.

but i was mostly curious as to what caused it. i was only a kid when i did it so i know it wasn't drugs. last time i was about 11 i think. someone else told me it's completely normal in children.

no meds at all. have you heard that it's normal in kids? it's scary. thank God i don't do that anymore.
